Club Kiama – Bahamas Exuma
Nestled in the idyllic waters of the Bahamas, Club Kiama is a private, boutique-style six-bedroom residence. Built with Silent Escapes’ signature carbon-negative techniques, the property blends modern tropical sophistication with full off-grid self-sufficiency. Mayreau Estates – Saint Vincent & The Grenadines
At Mayreau Estates, Silent Escapes has built the Beach Club and the signature 4-bedroom beachfront “Norther Villa” — two essential components of the community. The Beach Club spans 22,000 square feet and features three pools, fine dining venues, a spa, and beach suites. Both the Beach Club and the villa are currently undergoing comprehensive renovations and upgrades, with a grand reopening scheduled for Q3 2025. These projects reflect Silent Escapes’ vision for integrating sustainable luxury with the untouched beauty of the Grenadines.
