REVENUE  Projected gross sales revenue is USD 225 million, positioning Silent Escapes Fiji as both a sustainable and profitable venture.

FREEHOLD OWNERSHIP  All residences come with freehold titles and eligibility for Fiji’s Permanent Residency Permit.

SUSTAINABLE YACHTING   Owners can opt for a membership on a solar-electric sailing catamaran, fully crewed and docked at the in-house eco-marina for sustainable island exploration.

GREEN ENERGY  The development will generate 2 MW of solar power and use excess energy to produce hydrogen, providing clean backup power without diesel, eliminating in total 1,860 Tons of Carbon Emissions per Year.

This $25 million can be funded through a combination of the following options:

Option One
Credit Linked Note (CLN)

We offer a bankable product with an ISIN code, available for purchase through any bank, ensuring a streamlined investment process. Silent Escapes underwent extensive compliance and legal due diligence with multiple financial authorities to bring this product to market. Investors can choose to apply the full investment amount towards purchasing a freehold lot in Fiji, with immediate ownership transfer, while continuing to earn returns from the financial instrument. Option Two
Equity Partner

We offer a minority equity share in Silent Escapes Fiji, Ltd. for investments up to $25 million. The project is projected to generate a net profit of $49 million upon completion, promising strong returns in addition to the value of assets created, including the marina, beach club, and core infrastructure.

Adjacent to the site is a 5-star hotel and spa resort whose owner is an equity partner in Silent Escapes Fiji. This partnership enhances the project with full resort infrastructure and freehold residential ownership alongside luxury hotel amenities.

Option Three
Founder’s Short-Term Debt Investment

We offer a two-year short-term debt investment of $3.2 million with a compelling 15% annual interest rate. This investment is fully secured by first mortgage rights on freehold land valued at $3.6 million. Investors also have the unique opportunity to become founding members of the project and enjoy a 50% discount on lot purchases (priced from $990,000 to $1.5 million) during the loan term.
